You have the right to return or change all or part of the order within 15 calendar days from the date you receive it. Date of dispatch of the returned product is considered the one indicated by the courier on the receipt.
If the return is not made within 15 days then the store may not accept it.
To exercise the right of return - change, you must:
Fill in and send the "Product Change / Return Form" that accompanies the document you received with your order.
Send the product in perfect condition in which you received it, ie it must be complete and without damage.
The products are returned by you exclusively with the shipping courier you received, ie ACS Courier.

Inside Greece
Returns - changes are made exclusively with the courier you received (ACS Courier) and always at the recipient's expense, ie the store.
In case the customer chooses another transport company, the shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer. Returns - Changes with another transport company and store charge will not be accepted.
Returns
In case the reason for return is a mistake of the store, the entire amount paid by the customer is refunded.
In case the customer wishes to return his order without the fault of the store, the return costs are deducted from the returned amount and amount to 4€.
Refunds are processed within 15 working days from the date we receive the products.
Changes
The first change is always free, free of charge to the customer. For each subsequent change concerning the same order, there is a charge of 4.00€ for each new shipment.
Discount coupons do not apply to changes.
Outside Greece
Returns - changes are made in any way chosen by the customer and the shipping cost is borne exclusively by him. Returns - Changes charged by the store will not be accepted.
In short, the return and replacement of a product is possible under the following conditions:
return must be made within 15 days of receipt
the product has not been used
the product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction (eg Retail Receipt, Shipping Receipt Invoice, etc.)
In cases where defective products were sold through proven fault of the store or by mistake in receiving the order, in the invoicing, in the shipment, damaged during transport, with poor packaging, etc. then assumes full responsibility for replacement, return costs, as well as shipping costs.
The return conditions remain the same as those mentioned above.
